I care about clean code and interfaces that work without getting in the way. Day to day, I lean on AI tooling like Claude Code and Codex to ship small, focused PRs, without cutting corners on review.

    Joined as the 5th employee and solo frontend developer, back when the company was Passiv, a consumer portfolio app, and helped steer the pivot to SnapTrade's B2B API, which now connects apps to 35+ brokerages. Built the Connection Portal, Customer Dashboard, marketing sites, and a React SDK other companies embed in their apps. Now own the Dashboard and Portal full-stack, across React/TypeScript and Python/Django/Postgres.

  • Gilded · Full-Stack Developer

    2024 — 2026

    Part-time full-stack work on Gilded, a financial planning app, in Remix, Prisma, and Tailwind. Helped build the retirement projection engine, including Canadian tax and retirement rules (CPP, RRSP, LIRA), and worked on the Stripe subscription integration. Led the rebuild of onboarding into a multi-step flow and worked on the dashboard redesign.
